Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Optometrist to join our team. The Optometrist will be responsible for providing primary eye care services, including comprehensive eye examinations, diagnosing and treating vision problems, and prescribing corrective lenses. The successful candidate will have excellent clinical and communication skills to deliver high-quality care to patients.

Responsibilities:
1. Conduct comprehensive eye examinations to assess visual acuity and detect eye diseases.
2. Diagnose and treat vision problems, such as nearsightedness, farsightedness, and astigmatism.
3. Prescribe and fit corrective lenses or contact lenses as needed.
4. Detect and manage eye health issues, such as glaucoma, cataracts, and macular degeneration.
5. Provide pre- and post-operative care to patients undergoing eye surgeries.
6. Educate patients on proper eye care techniques and the importance of regular eye exams.
7. Maintain detailed patient records and keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in optometry.

Qualifications:
1. Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school.
2. Valid state optometry license.
3. Strong clinical skills with the ability to diagnose and manage a wide range of eye conditions.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
6. Ability to work well in a team environment.
7. Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
